Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Order Processing Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, while providing exceptional support to address inquiries and resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently through the company's order management system. Review and verify order details, ensuring product availability, pricing, and shipping information are correct. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to confirm order details, provide updates, and address any questions or concerns. Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies. Monitor order status and proactively address potential delays or issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. Provide input to improve order processing procedures and customer service protocols. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/order management software. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual speaking is a huge plus but not required! Team player with a customer-first mentality.
