Qualifications

To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all requirements by the closing date of this announcement, 04/22/2026. You may qualify based on your experience and/or education as described below: Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience. Examples of specialized experience would typically include, but are not limited to: applying knowledge of regulations and processes in order to post time, enter and correct time and attendance records and interpret leave balances in automated systems; utilizes various office automation software to produce a wide range of documents, spreadsheets and reports; communicates with staff to resolve time and leave problems by gathering information, clarifying issues and reaching a resolution; establishes files and office records in accordance with polices and procedures; response to inquiries pertaining to holiday pay, overtime and premium pay, shift differential. OR, Education: Applicants may substitute education for the required experience. To qualify based on education for this grade level you must have four (4) years of education above high school (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED). OR, Combination: Applicants may also combine education and experience to qualify at this level. You must have an combination of specialized experience and education beyond four (4) years of high school. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED). Qualified typist preferred.
