GDIT is seeking highly cleared creative software developer candidates with active TS SCI w/Poly to support our customer by joining a small, energetic, versatile team building a high-visibility web application for managing facilities projects.The selected candidate must be a self-starter, a team-player, be highly collaborative and highly responsive.Candidate will be expected to work as part of a team to architect, design, and build a new system to replace an existing COTS product.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Experience developing web applications and web services using Java

• Experience developing web applications and REST web services using Spring/Spring Boot and Java, or equivalent (e.g. .NET/C#)

• Experience developing with JS frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, etc.) and front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap and/or Material UI

• Familiarity with Postgres, MySQL or similar databases as the back-end of a web application

• Experience using containers (ie. Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), specifically in developing and managing web applications in the cloud

• Experience developing using Agile methodology
• Demonstrated successes working independently and in a team environment
• Security clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph

• Location: Chantilly, VA (On Customer Site)

• Required Experience: 3-5+ years

• US Citizenship Required
